How well brought-up is green tea for you?

Supposedly it has antioxidants & anything else that is supposed to detoxify you & boost metabolism. Has anyone ever really experienced any strength benefits from it?

I drink green tea every morning when I wake up & at darkness before I turn to bed, and I always quality very energized & motivated. It's pious!
