Which is better for me Gatorade or Water?

For just a basketball or soccer winter sport

My sister was in reality on the gatorade research team a yr. b 4 it come out. When it comes to sports and other dehydrating activities marine and gatorade are the best. I know on the commercials it says gatorade is better that's purely a propaganda stunt. Either one will refuel just as polite as the other. But if you're not active at a constant time and you're the thirst drink water

Gatorade is better during sports. Water is best for drinking adjectives the time though.
Water, your body know how to replelish it's self. Water is always better if you're strong. If you really want to hydrate yourself drink warm or room tempurature hose down. When you drink cold water your body have to warm it to body temp up to that time using it.

For sports, Gatorade is better. When you sweat, you don't purely lose water, but you lose electrolytes as okay. Gatorade replaces them and the water that you've lost, but surrounded by a normal light of day, water is better for drinking.

I like dampen better because it doesn't contain sugar like Gatorade does. Could try the vitamin wet as well.
Water...by a longshot, unless you regularly do strenuous exercise. Only when you have perspired heavily should you be drinking Gatorade.
Gatorade does replenish the body of certain things. However, it contains sugar and other items. Water is the perfect thirst quencher and body purifier.

I will however, concede that for most sports, Gatorade would be a good first drink, followed by river.

Gatorade is good during atheletic games as you are damp and the salt and dampen needs to be replenished surrounded by your body. However you then want to drink sea after the event as Gatorade is loaded with sodium which you don't have need of for rehydrating. Stick to water at this point.

Also if you drink lots of gatorade realize that it will eventually support dehydrate you...so mix when you play sports with river too and drink water formerly the event to go into it properly hydrated to prevent cramping.

I heard this from the mouth of one of my preceptors, a sports drug MD. He said that when exercising, drink one gatorade, then one water(basically equal amounts). It is significant to replace electrolytes lost during strenuous exercise, but it is also important to obtain pure water, so you don't overload your body next to too many electrolytes and sugar. If you are only just sitting on the couch, I would say river, since all the sugar within gatorade can make you gain some counterbalance if you are physically inactive.
Water- unless you are althletic activities. If you drink gaterade and don't sweat you will go and get kidney stones because the kidnies will have a difficult time processing the electrolytes. It worries me immediately that kids drink them at school while in that sitting at a desk all afternoon. They are going to get poorly
Gatorade is zilch but sugar water near a lot of saline...horrible taste and not biddable for you
