yeah and why is apple liquid yellowy brown and not white

cause it aint the TRUE mcCOY.

IT LOOKS ORANGE TO ME,CONSIDER AN EYE TEST.

Orange juice typically have a more yellow-ish color because of many factor. Have you ever seen/made fresh-squeezed orange liquid? It is usually very pulpy [depending on you machine] and a reflective orange color. However, ginger juice may be made next to oranges that are not as ripe, or are overly ripe, since mass production factories usually embezzle any oranges they can get their hand on, since it's all going to be crushed up into liquid anyways.

Then again, there are also chemicals that are added into the ginger juice. And the age of the liquid also plays a part, as color deteriorates beside age and exposure to light.

Keep contained by mind these are just logical probable statements :)
