Water flushes your system out. Sodas have sugars within them. Sugars drain your energy. It may confer you a quick boost, but it will drain you that nifty too.
Water hydrates your body near necessary fluids.There are fluids that your brain requirements to feed on.Soda is not fruitless for you per say, basically limit it.The carbonation and sodium are really the culprits.Water does back to clear infections thru your body while you take antibiotics, so yes you should try to drink wet daily---when you are thirsty, drink up...

It does not make a contribution you energy. It clears misuse so you feel smaller number tired. It cools you down, driken on a hot day. Soda is considered not in use calories because it has sugar but no vitamins, minerals or protein that your body desires. Most people return with too many calories to misuse them on a drink that does not give them anything else but artificial color, flavor and preservatives.
water replenishes you and hydrates you when your body river is lost. it has no nutritonal values so here is no energy gain. it basically cleans your system out while replacing lost river. soda on the other hand can somtimes be fruitless for you. besides discoluring your teeth it can make you gain unwanted substance and somtimes diabetes. some people see it as ailing because it can make you lose your body hose and make you dried out. i personally don't caution and dink as much soda as i can get my mitt on.
Soda make you fat, dampen makes you fighting fit simple as that
