I was going to answer, but get distracted by your name. Sorry in the order of the purring.

Did you be a sign of hot cocoa? Just boil water, pick a mix packet, make the addition of whipped cream, and stir.

My favorite brand is Carnation. Get the one in the canister, not the individual packet. This way you can mix to taster whether you like it made beside milk or water.

And don't forget the whip cream...

I like to thaw real chocolate and consequently whip it into the hot milk.

Trust me on this one. It makes THE BEST hot cocoa surrounded by the world. Buy it in the baking aisle, and follow the instructions on the canister for hot cocoa. It requires milk.

I found this contained by a little booklet from Prevention magazine. I tried it and it really is scrummy. I prefer mine a little sweeter though, so I affix a Splenda packet to mine. Cocoa powder - 1-1/2 teaspoon
