Apple cider, is apple liquid steeped with cinimon sticks.

My favorite recipie is to filch applie juice, steep something like 6 sticks of cinimon, a bit of all spice and a small pinch of nutmeg for more or less 1 hour.

When done, strain, chill and serve with rime :)

if you never had them consequently you wouldnt know, but even if you have see them you would see a difference. cider is aged more and juice is fresh. juince have a yellow golden tint while cider is a overcast brown, both are very dutiful, cider is typically served warm while liquid is served cold

Note that in the UK, if you influence "cider", it is understood that you are referring to the alcoholic drinks prepared next to apples, rather than in recent times fancy juice.

Apple Cider usually have not been pasteurized. Consequently, it ferment over time, giving it a mildly alcoholic kick. Apple Juice within contrast, is pasteurized soon after crushing, preventing fermentation and resulting in a pleasant but kickless drink. The manufacturers phone call their product cider in the spill out for marketing purposes. But basically its no difference between the 2 - they are both the liquid from apples.
