Both taste nice,but according to a survey done surrounded by a top mag,actimel is the best pro biotic on the market,more honourable bacteria than any other .

I also prefer Muller, but now buy from Aldi their own breakfast drink, plentifully cheaper and by no means worse, contained by fact it contains more. Spend a bit, live a lot, ALDI. All the best Dale A.
