I like to drink coffee and addicted on it, i thieve almost 3 cups of coffee a day, is near any bad effect on strength for drinking too much coffee?

Constipation, getting "the jitters", being inept to sleep, blood pressure, and if you're drinking upwards of 4 cups a day, possible problems beside your heart/arteries.
It's probably best to stay away from sugar in your coffee as powerfully, 'cause as we all know, sugar's not the greatest for you. ;)
I'm Canadian, and the Tim Horton's culture have me at about 2 cups a light of day but there could be worse guilty pleasures.

drink the regular coffee in the light of day time and try drinking the decaf at night.

try funding off one cup respectively day and hold Lot's of water beside lemon in it and you'll be fine.
