Lots of carbs I think. Like bread and pastas and stuff. I guess you could basically engorge yourself on sweets, but that would make you sick I muse.

if u wanna gain here is some philosophy:
start with nice meatloaf, infused next to bacon strips, BBQ sauce. accompanied by corn on the cob, heaps of melt butter, chocolate bundt cake with butter cream frosting, or 6 twinkies,and top it adjectives off next to cornbread and heaps of butter, throw in a caeser salad near strips of char-broiled chicken and shaved parmasan and creamy caeser dressing-holy mackeral!

As so many here hold pointed out, you can stuff yourself to the gills with carbs and do no physical diversion.
You can also head to the gym. Muscle weigh more than fat and is both more attractive and tons more glowing for you.
Problem with achievement weight is taking it rotten again. Do your future middle-aged self a favor and please, please, please, do not put the counterweight on.
