Mac and Cheese is other a hit with me.
Yams but I don't know why, they are just yummy
My husband loves fried chicken, mashed potatoes, collard greens, country gravy and biscuits.
Collards with bacon and Tabasco
Smothered southern fried chicken livers with gravy over rice. With greens on the side.
Yummie, yummie contained by the tummy!!
I love chicken fried steak w/ fried okra and yams. Ummmm!! Now I am hungry.

Barbecued pigs foot with pen peas and okra and fried cabbage. We buy our pigs feet from the local Asian souk (they eat the in one piece hog too) because they are cut up in smaller pieces (not deeply of hooves action if you know what i mean). Then we boil them to softness, after put them on the smoker for 1-2 hours then put them contained by the oven in our homemade BBQ sauce for another hour (to verbs them up). It takes most of the light of day, but I promise you that is the best channel to eat them if your gonna.
