the ingredients are not what's really meaningful in stir frying, its the agency they are cut and prepared. things that cook fast should be surrounded by larger pieces and slower more dense food need to be cut finer. ie.
cabbage sizeable
carrots small
chicken slices
green peppers
onions
soy sauce
shrimp
lobster
Celery and carrots for a crunch. Shrimp and cashew nuts for something different. Onions for added flavour. Capsicums for colour.
