Does anyone approaching Persian food?

Answer:
I have never specified too much about it except its influence on Indian food, which have been spectacular, producing the familiar Indian "kormas" and the "mughlai style." Both use such incredible ingredients such as yogurt, cream, ground or chopped nuts and make the extremely best curries.

(And yes, "Nara's" web site on middle east cooking is sinning good!)

(And I'm afraid "KK" that if you don't know in the order of the historical influence of Persian culture and especially cuisine in India during the Mogul length, you are quite unfortunately ignorant. In reality the very first name "mogul" comes from the Persian language. The Mogul Emperor Shah Jahan (who built the Taj Mahal) be half Persian and between he and his Persian mother, saw a huge Persian influence within the culture of India in literature, poetry, architecture, arts and especially cusine. All of the forms of cooking surrounded by North India commonly referred to as "mughlai style" bear direct influence from Persia!

Might be a better concept to actually check out your information first formerly ignorantly criticising others............eh?)
