Epecious was the most well-known Ancient Roman Chef from back iin rash A.D. I have researched some of his recipe and they are very complex and copious ingreditents would not be available. I never heeard of a Shakespere's salad.
Maybe you could make somethin up base on the works of Shakespere. Use beets to represent the bleeding heart from Romeo and Juliette.
I do know the Epecious commited suicide bcz he felt that he have reached the come to an end of his usefulness as a Chef and he threw himself a party and ate poisonous foods. That sounds style of tragic.
Maybe you could name something after on of Shakespeere's works and use some Epecian spices and bid it a day.
Good luck.
