Indian-Spiced Sea Bass with Spinach, Peas and Carrots
TOTAL TIME: 25 MIN
SERVES: 4
Ingredients
3 small carrot, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 shallot, minced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
6 tablespoons chicken stock
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive grease
1/2 pound sugar snap peas
1/4 pound baby spinach (4 cups)
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon pink peppercorns, finely ground
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground fennel
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Two 6-ounce ocean bass fillets near skin, each halve crosswise
Directions
In a medium skillet, combine the carrot, shallot, sugar, 1/4 cup of stock and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cover to a certain extent and simmer over moderate heat until the solution evaporates and the carrots are tender. Add the sugar snaps and 2 tablespoons of stock and cook for 3 minutes. Add the spinach, cover and cook for 1 minute. Season near salt and pepper.
Combine the spices. Season the bass beside salt and the spices. Heat the 1 tablespoon of olive grease in a nonstick skillet. Add the fish and cook over large heat, turning once, until cooked through. Serve the bass on the vegetables.
NOTES One Serving 118 cal, 7.5 gm rotund, 1.2 gm saturated margarine, 12 gm carb, 4 gm fiber.

1 chopped environment onion
3 red chilis
salt
2 tbsp grease
1 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp. Urad dhal
Heat grease in a vessel. Add mustard seeds. When they start to pop join urad dhal and red chilis and fry for a few minutes. Add the chopped onion and fry until the onion becomes translucent. Then make the addition of the chopped spinach and salt and mix capably. Add a little wet. Cover the pan. Lower the roast and cook until the spinach is cooked.
SPINACH RECIPE!
1 (10 ounce) pack frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 (1 ounce) envelope smallholding dressing mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, chopped (optional)
Squeeze the thaw spinach in your hand until most of the water is out.
Mix adjectives ingredients in a prevailing conditions size bowl.
Refridgerate a couple of hours or over night.
Serve surrounded by a bread bowl with bread, crackers, carrot sticks.
