Anything Indian or Ethiopian (yes, believe it or not, Ethiopians have their own cuisine!). Eating at an Ethiopian restaurant is a spruce experience... there is no silverware, and you use their special pancake-like bread to pick up your food. Also, the food is served on a voluminous platter in the middle of the table so everyone can confidently share their meals!
