Do you resembling Baklava? (It's a pastry)?

I own so far tried them at Greek, Turkish, Lebanese and Iranian restaurants.

So far I prefer the Turkish one, but I need to try a few more palces to be sure.

I love baklava. I studious how to make it when I be stationed overseas, in Korea. Funny, huh?

It tastes moral, but it is SOOOooooo rich that I can only get through a tiny little corner and I can FEEL the sugar and honey flooding my bloodstream.

i love Baklava. I close to it when it is sweet and not bland. i have have it at a restaurant before and it be not good. they did not manufacture it themselves. bought it premade.

you are right. i reflect it's a greek pastry that is really right. from what i have hear, its made of fillo dough, pile high, beside butter and a lots of nuts and sweets. arrange like a lasagna style.after bake...


I AM IN LOVE WITH IT AT THE THIS PLACE THEY PUT CINNAMON AND PEANUTS IN IT IT MAKES IT EVEN MORE YUM BECAUSE THE CINNAMON TAKES THE EXTRA SWEETNESS AWAY.

Baklava is a traditional Turkish pastry which mostly produced in Antep.(antep is a city surrounded by the south east of Turkey)
