I bought a pack of thai curry spices from tesco, I added the coconut milk, how long to boil?

One word of tell, don't boil it hard, similar to dairy products, the heat sometimes does split the coconut milk, and after you have a liquid bottom and a bit of curdled top, I am a former chef with 20 years experience contained by Canada and worked in Jamaica also, they use alot of coconut milk, for cooking dishes similar to "Rundown" and other foods.
I also worked in Singapore and have alot of experience with Malay and Thai foods. Just be paid sure to bring to a simmer on a gas or electric hob, just receive sure if your using gas not to keep it on big for long, it to will spill over like dairy milk.
if they were dry spices the packet should hold told you to fry the spices for a while in grease, this brings out the flavours and aromas you should do this before you join anything else which needs cooking next add the coconut milk at the failure to thicken up the curry
