This is great with chicken or seafood! I love this recipe!

1 ripe, firm mango, peel and cut into small dice
1 red onion, very finely chopped
1 red finger chile pepper, seed and finely chopped
2 heaping tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 heap tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 spring onions, very finely sliced
1 lime, juiced (use the lime liquid from the zested lime)
5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

In a prevailing conditions bowl, combine mango, red onion, chile pepper, parsley, cilantro, spring onions, lime juice, and olive grease. Season, to taste, next to salt and pepper. Set aside at room warmth to allow the flavors to meld.

no it's so much simpler than that you simply put hothot salsa (pace) in a bowl and make the addition of a pinch of nutmeg. then you go and get out the mangos and peel them. your gonna want to any buy the salsa without any green pepper or simply remove them. anyway you finely chop the mangos up into about 1\4 of an contained by. by 1\4 of an in. squares you donate the squares to the salsa wich will take away from the spiciness but if you use mild salsa it will be too mango-ee so after you continue to put in water till it's at the right consistancy. wallow in
