Roti is bread. Are you talking in the region of the dish that goes near it? Look for Indian Restaurants. I am sure there must be bunches of them within N.Y.
If you're looking for proper Malaysian "roti canai", which is a wonderful, fluffy flat bread usually served beside lentil dip, try the restaurant "Penang" in Yorkville....
