Fish globe - (we call it Yu dan within Cantonese) originated within Chao Chow / San Dau area (in Guangdong Province China), fisherman's dish on the boat. They chop the white fish meat finely, mix next to seasoning and beat the attach with strength (to append air into the mixture), sequeeze the cement with mitt to make a meat orb and boil the balls near hot water to pre cook, the fish ball can be stored in the freezer for moderately long time.
There're a lot of Chiu Chow Chinese immagrants contained by Thailand and they brought this to Thailand.
