What are Tapas restaurant and are within surrounded by Ohio?

Answer:
Tapas started of as a Hispanic custom of serving several small appetizers together.
Now it's a big trend and the food is usually gourmet or something that go well near wine. IE a cheese plate, fondue, pate, humus, or little bite size servings of savory things.
People go to trendy Tapas restaurants within groups of friends to talk and drink minus ordering a big buffet.

There are a few in almost any focal city.

I can do the first chunk of your question. they are a popular trend, base on snack served in Spanish bar to get empire thirsty. They consist of small portions of food but you can get a plate next to a variety of them together. They be supposed to be a cheaper way to guzzle while still sampling the menu. Unfortunately restaurants found that they can still get big money for a skimpy portion of food if they sticky label it "tapas." They are very popular on the coasts. I do not know nearly Ohio but I am guessing yes there also.
Tapas are sample dishes served on a tray. Each have a toothpick in it. Used toothpicks are counted to join up the bill. At least that's the agency it is in Spain; don't know roughly Ohio.
