What is the recipe for Mai-Tai mixed drink?

1 env. (9/16 oz.) Mai Thai powdered mix
4 1/2 oz. cold milk, whole or low-fat
1/4 tsp. rum extract
Ice cubes

Place mix, milk and extract within blender container. Cover and blend until well combined. Pour over rime cubes, garnish and serve without beating about the bush. Yield 1 serving - 130 calories per serving; 5 grams fat; 167 mg calcium.
Also may be made using powdered pina colada mix. Substitute milk for dampen and rum. Add 1/4 teaspoon rum extract. Follow directions above.

The one I know of is a recipe from the Longhorn Steakhouse. It's Cruzan Single Barrel & Mango Rums, Disaronna Amaretto, brandy, grenadine, orange and pinapple juice. We call it Cruzan Confusion. It's out performance of a Mai Tai and its excellent!

2 ounces of 17-year old J. Wray & Nephew Rum over shaved rime.
Add juice from one fresh lime.
1/2 ounce Holland DeKuyper Orange Curacao.
1/4 ounce Trader Vic's Rock Candy Syrup.
1/2 ounce French Garier Orgeat Syrup
Shake energetically.
Add a sprig of fresh mint


and another way


1 ounce Fine Jamaican Rum (15 or 8 year old)
1 ounce Martinique Rum (St. James)
1/2 ounce Orange Curacao
1/2 ounce Orgeat Syrup
Juice from one fresh lime (about 3/4 ounce)
Mix and serve as contained by the Original Formula
