Any soul food suggestions?

I want to cook a different kind of collation and so I thought I might try to make soul food. I close to variety lol.

Personally I love fried green tomatoes!
You can use either chicken (dark meat) or turkey wing. Season meat with meat ternderizer, saline, pepper, & pouktry seasoning, put it a baking pan (13x9 in) Use a can of cream of mushroom soup,mix one can next to one can of water, afterwards pour over meat. Cover with aluminum foil, form sure to seal adjectives the corners, so no steam will escape, then heat slow in oven at more or less 300 degrees, for just about 2-3 hours. In last 20 minutes or so cook uncovered to brown. The meat will be so tender. I serve it near whire rice and like blackeyed peas, and biscuits. GOOD LUCK
