its summer and near are lots of programmes that you can enrol in... try contacting Nestle (Julius Maggi Kitchen?) or Cravings...
There is CCA Center for Culinary Arts contained by Katipunan... but there must be somewhere that they can refer you to. Hope this help.
You can try the following:
Maya Kitchens (Makati)- they offer different hands-on classes that are greatly affordable yet the results are at par near culinary schools
Heny Sison (Quezon City)- try checking out her website for class schedule
but if your more into taking cooking classes as a course, then I recommend CCA
