its only really romantic when you jump somewhere you can afford not something to go over your confines.........But something sweet but enexpensive is to pick a place nice like by some fresh river like a river or pond or something dawdle till the sun is going to set and have your favorites foods and stay till hours of darkness. Then go home beside some nice flowers and dim lights candels with sweet music shindig a little enjoy a glass of wine or something not to strong.
Go to the beach at darkness bring some wine,snacks, blanket, and a condom. And stare at the stars.
Any very well thought out quiet and intimate setting, where on earth two people contained by love can share the moment :)
