Already frozen and cooked mussels?
i bought cooked and frozen mussels from the supermarket. what is the next step. some of the mussels are stretch out some are closed.any ideas?
also also how lots hours after cooking the mussels can I eat it? they are in position now but we won't be consumption them for another hour.should i leave them surrounded by the pan ...next remove the inside whenever we are ready to it??

I would steam them beside beer, stir-fry in black bean sauce, roast with fried green onions on top, scorch with cheese and bread crumbs on top, stir-fry beside ginger, onions, garlic, coconut milk, and chilie pepper, deep fry surrounded by batter, etc. 1 hour is fine for waiting to eat them, a short time ago leave them within the pans or oven to preserve warm past you eat.
i would steam them but not till u r organized to eat them right away
