I'm trying to eat in good health (no mcdonalds, burgers, ect)... stopped drinking alcohol AND started working out. I'm not a salad person, but I found this little greek restaurant contiguous that has the BEST chicken salad ever! It's the chicken that spins around the big stick... Anyways, it's get some sort of oil base dressing, pita bread, and feta cheese. It's amazing. But, I'm scared it's too accurate to be true! So, is it? I've eaten it resembling 3 times in the ending week. (must have some addictive item in it) ;) So what's the agreement? Is it going to make me rotund, or is it healthy?

The solely thing you really requirement to be wary of is how much cheese and oil-based dressing.
I've specified people that are trying to get through healthy, but they douse their salad next to a half cup of cattle farm dressing or thousand island... which was defeat the purpose of eating salad.
If you're confident that everything is proportioned properly, next it sounds like you're on the right track. Overall, you are on the right track and person conscientious.
