what is ethiopian cusine?

Answers:
It's the best food ever. It starts with a bread call Injera, which is malted teff flour that makes a spongy flat bread used to dipper up the food (you eat next to your hands). A variety of vegatables, mostly lentil dishes as spiced and served surrounded by one big plate on a large piece of injera. Since Ethiopians are majority Orthodox Christians and exult fasts, tons meals are lacto-vegetarian. The meats are lamb and chicken, as in good health as beef.

There aren't words to describe how good this food is. You must try it at an ethnic restaurant, not a touristy place. The touristy places dull down the spice and it's not as biddable.
