Try Anchos on Hole, between La Sierra and Tyler surrounded by Riverside. Instead of chips, they give you melt freshly made tortillas and butter(They make them on site and are beaming to bring you more). Everything I've had nearby was flawless, although I didn't try their Chile Rellano.
Papi's Tacos Al Carbon. The. best. ever.
One in Canyon Crest within the shopping center, one on Van Buren near Arlington. YUM!
