Any one know japanese dipping sauces for Beef and steaks?

Im looking for japanese sauces for beef and steaks. Not the marinate. Im looking for the kind that they use on diluted slices of beef. I think it have some sort of oily consistency and it be rather translucent beside different seasonings visible. appreciation

Peanut Dipping Sauce
Satay is a traditional dish served throughout Asia. This is the Japanese variation of the traditional dipping sauce.
INGREDIENTS:

* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 (or more to taste) clove garlic, crushed
* 2 shallots, diced finely
* 1 cup reheat water
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 5 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
* 1 teaspoon grated ginger
* hot chili sauce, to partiality

1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. wasabi powder
1/2 tsp. chives, chopped

Fiery Japanese Dipping Sauce

Combine adjectives ingredients in small bowl and mix in good health.

Japanese Style Garlic Peanut Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon butter
1 (or more to taste) clove garlic, crushed
2 shallots, diced finely
1 cup warm hose down
2 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1 teaspoon grated ginger
hot chili sauce, to taste
PREPARATION:
Heat butter surrounded by a medium sauce jar until melted. Add garlic and shallots and sauté until tender but not brown. Pour surrounded by water, soy sauce, peanut butter and ginger. Bring to a boil and include as much chili sauce as desired.
Reduce heat and simmer until it thicken. Serve at room temperature. This is a great dipping sauce for grilled beef, but most any meat will stir well.

Well, do you expect you can give us more detailed information of the dipping sauce you want to know? We don't use solitary one type of sauce for the kind of dish. So if you can grant more specific information of the dipping sauce, I might be able to answer it.

By the agency, we don't use peanut sauce. Anything with peanut sauce is not Japanese food but American style Asian food.
Ponzu Dipping Sauce-- not sure if this it the one you're referring to. But I've have this sauce with beef at Japanese restaurants previously.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup dried bonito flakes
1/4 cup chopped green onions

PREPARATION:
Boil soy sauce contained by a pan. Let cool. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, and lemon liquid. Add bonito flakes and green onions.

Makes 4 servings
