Maybe there is/was a chicken shortage surrounded by Korea?
I don't know, but I don't see why you couldn't manufacture some of those recipies with chicken instead of pork or beef. I love Korean BBQ sauce, I bet it would be yummy on chicken.

Edit - Now that I chew over about it, they're not have a bird flu problem there close to the rest of Asia. Maybe they know something we don't?
Maybe because they are not strong enough as dogs-not a perceptive crack.
Chicken is expensive contained by Korea.
Actually, that's not true. There's plentifully of great chicken recipes contained by Korean food! Chicken are easy to lift up, there's not a lot of home needed, so there's a lot of chicken dishes (and egg dishes) as economically as beef and pork dishes.

There's "Sam-gyeh-tang", a chicken soup that's chicken stuffed with sticky rice, jujube, ginseng, and other products.

There's also "Dak Bokkum", a spicy chicken stirfry that's like a stew, beside chunks of squared potatoes and sliced carrots.
