At a japanese steakhouse, they serve two sauces: one for seafood and one for red meat.?

does anyone know what those sauces are? then i can run to the oriental market and buy them because they are so well brought-up! thanks contained by advance!

The red sauce is a ginger sauce and the sickly one is a mustard sauce. That is what I was told end time I ate at the local Japanese Steakhouse.
