I am tring to make bread every time it become hard when i transport out from oven?How to take soft bread??Any recepie and method which can relieve me to get membraous bread or feathery fullfy soft bread?

Like already said above: the yeast is very major.
Had problems with my bread and pizza crust too but presently I love making bread and pizza myself and they never go wrong no more.
Only adjust I did: I make a mixture of yeast, sugar and the lukewarm fluid what have to go into the bread. I tolerate it rest for about 10 minutes till a creamy top starts to form (is a sign that the yeast is ok) beforehand mixing the lot (I use all purpose flour) en knead capably. Let it rise (I preheat the oven a minute, turn it off and put within the bread under a cloth). The dough must at lowest possible double in size.
Once you carry the hang of it, it's comparatively simple.

You enjoy to make sure you enjoy fresh yeast. Cover the dough with a cloth and permit it rise in a melt area for a couple of hours. This should help out a lot.
