Places that serve bubble tea surrounded by Texas??

This is a rather strange question, but does anyone know of a place that serves bubble tea contained by Denton or Sherman Texas? I live in Gainesville and I doubt there's a place any closer that would hold it.

Really, looks like you'll be traveling to Plano or N. Dallas if you want bubble tea. Fat Straws, 2 locations Park & Midway, and the Dallas location at Noel & Alpha appear to be the closest.
