For American Chinese Food it would have to be Moo Shoo Chicken. For authentic Chinese, it would hold to be Noodles and Beef without spices or brackish.
As a Chinese, indeed I like Chinese food and I enjoy a lot profoundly of favorites!!

For example:

Cantonese cuisine - steamed spotted garoupa, braised whole abalone surrounded by oyster sauce, deep-fried prawns with garlic and chilli, roast goose, dim sum, sautee lobster beside chicken & ham soup, steamed ground pork with finely chopped mushroom and hose down chestnut (this is a family dish we construct at home), wonton mein, roasted pork (char siu), sautee chicken with green pepper & onion within garlic black bean sauce, braised chicken and sharkfin soup with long boiled soup underside.

Shanghainese cuisine - Stir-fried fresh shrimp with long cheng tea leaves, Braised soy sauce ocean cucumber, dong Po braised pork belly, xiao lung bao, steamed hairy crab

Sichuan cuisine - smoked duck contained by camphorwood and tea leaves, tan-tan noodle in spicy peanut soup, Kung Po tiger prawns

Pekingnese cuisine - Peking duck, sauteed beef slices near Pekingnese leek serve on a teppan; Pekingnese lamb hot pot

Chiuchow cuisine - Steamed soy goose, braised shark's fin and crabmeat chicken soup, baby oysters congee
