i soak the chickpeas all morning then cook contained by pressure cooker then fry garlic,onions,tomatoes,jeera,s... masala,chilli. then include it together then put it surrounded by the pressure cooker for one more whistle is nearby an alternative/better/yummier way to cook it?
btw i learn this recipe from my mother-in-law. in india.
