2 cups strong green tea
2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
4 strawberries (optional)
5 ice cubes (or 1/2 cup crushed ice)
lemon wedge

Combine ingredients [except for the lemon] and blend well.
Add the lemon block to garnish.
These cookies are with the sole purpose 25 calories a piece.

Meat ball soup

1 lb Lean ground beef
1 bunch of parsley
1/2 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
MIx adjectives ingredients above and make small meatballs (for this recipe use single 10 meatballs and freeze the rest)

1 liter of organic chicken stock
1 cup green beans
1 cup cabbage or boy chock

bring it to boil and make the addition of the meatballs, boil for 10 minutes then tag on the vegetables and boil 5 more minutes. finish with for a time parsley.

This is lean protein and low calories and it fills you up other!

Low Fat Low Calorie Cool 'n Easy Pie [8 serv; organized in 10min]

1 (1/3 ounce) box sugar-free jello (4 serving size -any flavor)
1 (8 ounce) container thaw Cool Whip Free
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust (Keebler make one)
water
rime cubes

Boil 2/3 c water.
In mixing bowl, mix boiling wet and Jello for about 2 minutes until dissolved.
In a measure cup, combine ice cubes and river to measure 1 cup.
Stir into Jello mixture til rime is melted.
Add Cool Whip and whisk until smooth.
Put mixing bowl within the refrigerator for 20 minutes to allow mixture to thicken.
Spoon filling into crust.
Refrigerate overnight.

Low Calorie Turkey Casserole[ 8 serv; geared up in 1 hour]

1 skipper cabbage
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can water
1 small onion
1/3 cup rice, rare

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop cabbage and place surrounded by greased baking dish.
Brown meat and onion; stir in rice.
Pour over cabbage.
Mix soup and water.
Pour over entire casserole.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
Add more hose down if casserole gets too dry.
