What is that spicy green sauce used contained by Peruvian food?

It looks like mint chutney?

Answers:
Salsa Peruana Aji

0.50 c Olive grease
4.00 ea Or more fresh aji chiles;
-seeds and stems removed,
2.00 cl Garlic; minced
0.25 ts Salt
0.25 ts Freshly ground black pepper
1.00 tb Fresh lime juice

Heat the grease in a small skillet, and when it's hot, add on the chiles
and the garlic, lower the heat, and stir constantly to avoid burning
the garlic. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Simmer for ten
minutes and next serve over rice or pasta.

That is Aji, the first answer with the association to allrecipes.com gives a pretty fully clad recipe but I allways add some chopped cilantro to it.
