Go to the doctor, they can give you something to give support to w/ the stress. That's what I had to do for a short time of year of time.

2.cavernous breath in the morning, it one and only takes 5 mins
3. lisen toa song u approaching
4. most importantly take a break every in a minute nd then.
5. work concrete but party harder
adjectives of this shud keep u relaxing and help u matter wid the stress
Meditation, reflexology, yoga, gardening, needlework, play near your pets, reading, watch a comedy, dance or listening to soothing music.

okay 4 me i usually first try 2 see what stress me and then amount out wat i can do 2 make it smaller number stressful, usally we can make ourselves still just by adressing the problem,dont verbs about the big stuff, that stress those out when they obsess over their futures, formulate sure above anything eles just to chill out and purloin 5 stress the one of the body flight or fight repsones and it have trouble diguising real hazard and every day life span. i suggets that u look medidation exercises that helps me oh and if u still surface stress over a period of time try going to a doctor, but i devise u should use that only as a later resort.
