Where to buy Japanese Tea approaching you catch at the Sushi restaurant?

The Sushi place I go to have the BEST hot tea. It looks like a bunch of leaves and spices sitting surrounded by a cheesecloth like piece. I dont know if its called Japanese green tea or what? Does anyone know where on earth I can buy this delicious tea at?! THX!

Answers:
Most sushi restaurants that I've be to serve Genmaicha which is green tea mixed with a puffed rice. Any speciality tea shop will transport it loose or you can find it in tea stacks at Whole Foods. If you don't see the puffed rice in the tea, next they are probably using Sencha which is only the tea branch and can be found at the same places as above. Eden Organics does a apt job near their tea bags, within fact, it is in recent times about the with the sole purpose non loose leaf tea I drink.
You can acquire these at World Markets stores. I have one in the neighbourhood my house but I live in California. I don't really know where on earth you live at.
in the chinese alie contained by miejers
Ask the people at the restaurant what benevolent of tea it is. There's a lot of different Japanese green teas.Jasmine is my favorite.
You can draw from it at any grocery store. Just look for Green Tea. You can get it contained by either loose tea or within tea bags. Try looking contained by the Asian/Oriental Isle of a grocery store or the Tea isle of an Asian Food Market.
