A quicker and easier channel to do this, is that there is a ginger salad dressing that you can buy (I can't remember the brand right now), uhhh I usually do this minus measuring too so it's in recent times a guesstimate.
Pour some of that ginger salad dressing, add in the region of a teaspoon and a half of (non-chunky) peanut butter, a bit of sugar and saline, some water, and a bit of wasabi. I know, there's no measurements! I'm sorry! I'm more of a taste-&-add liberal of person!!
