I can't believe you just asked that cross-examine. I too moved from the East Coast to California and went through serious poo-poo platter detox. No chicken fingers, terriyaki beef, won ton soup, nought. I was so desperate I thought almost having someone overnight me one. Where should I transport it? lol

I like my General Tso near no veggies at all. Good luck, at tiniest the Chinese food is good on the West Coast close to the leading cities. I live in the mid-west, chinese here sucks.

All Chinese restaurants have variation of different dishes depending on which part of China the general public are from. From my own experience, they are never quite equal. You are just going to enjoy to use the yellow page and go to the different Chinese restaurants to see which one serves the type of food you are looking for. Also explore the internet for Chinese restaurants in your nouns because the book doesn't always transport all of them.

General Tsu chicken is the best!!The brocolli is well-mannered to dip in the tsu sauce

The Chinese food served in the U.S. is now and then authentic Chinese food. It has be altered in establish for Americans to find it more palatable. Obviously, Californians like more veggies surrounded by their inauthentic Chinese food than East Coasters do. Hence the cabbage, mushrooms, and broccoli.

You might have more luck next to a more fast-food style Chinese restaurant than with the ones that overrun themselves off as person somehow more authentic. Do they have any of the Chinese manacle restaurants like Pei-Wei or Golden Chopsticks out here?

It is never the same as on the East Coast. However near are some delicous places out here. My favorite place is Chef Chu's in Mountain View CA.
