10 large mushroom (stems removed)
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried breadcrumbs (whole wheat bread or oat bread)
Ricotta and herb filling
1/2 cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
3 sun-dried tomatoes, soaked within warm hose until soft, chopped
1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
1 teaspoon lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper
1) Preheat oven to 180 scope C / 360 degree F/ Gas 4. Line a baking tray near nonstick baking paper. Set aside.
2) To form filling, place ricotta cheese, tomatoes, onion, basil, chives, lemon liquid and black pepper to taste within a bowl. Mix to combine.
3) Spoon filling into mushrooms. Place on prepared baking tray. Combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over mushrooms. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until innards is set and top golden.

2 ripe firm pears, cored
lemon liquid
1 red oak leaf lettuce or other red lettuce (coral or mignonette), leaves separated

Red Wine Pear Dressing
1 can or blanched fresh pear, with 1 tablespoon juice reserved
2 tablespoons red wine or balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1) To make dressing, place pear and gooey vinegar and black pepper in a blender. Puree.
2) Cut respectively pear into eight segments. Place surrounded by a bowl and add lemon liquid. Toss to coat (this helps prevent the pears from browning).
3) Arrange lettuce on a serving platter. Top beside pears. Drizzle with dressing. Scatter near walnuts and cheese.

100g light muscovado sugar
2 heap tablespoon golden syrup
350g porridge oats (not jumbo oats)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 medium, ripe bananas
1) Preheat the oven to 180 level C / gas 4 / fan oven 160 amount C, butter a 23 x 33 cm / 9 x 13 in Swiss roll tin.
2) Melt together the butter, sugar and syrup contained by a large saucepan over a low boil, then stir within the oats, cinnamon, baking powder and a pinch of salt until in good health combined.
3) Peel and mash the bananas and add on to the mixture, stirring well to combine. Tip into the prepared tin and smooth the surface next to the back of a metal spoon.

2) Tip the flour, oats and butter into a mixing bowl and work together with your fingers to clear coarse crumbs.
3) Mix sugar, lemon zest and three quarters of the pin nuts using your hand, then press the mixture together very well so it forms large sticky clumps.
4) Drop nearly two thirds of the oat mixture into the tin, spread it out and press down very weakly - don't pack it too firmly. Scatter the raspberries on top, sprinkle the rest of the oat mixture over, then the rest of the pine nuts and press everything down weakly.
5) Bake for 35-40 minutes until pale golden on top. Cut into 12 bar with a sharp wound while still warm, consequently leave to cool contained by the tin before removing.

2) Rotel dip: Put a can of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies contained by a crockpot with 16 oz. Velveeta cheese. Heat until melt and mix well. Serve near tortilla chips.
You can grill corn.
