Ziti Ubriachi (drunken ziti)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 pound pancetta, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 cups Lambrusco wine
1/4 cup minced parsley
Grinding coarse black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
1 pound cooked ziti
Fine sea saline to taste
Melt the butter over surrounding substance high fry in a massive sauté pan; stir surrounded by the pancetta and cook until it softens. Stir in the garlic and verbs cooking until the pancetta is crisp. Stir in the wine, lower the roast, and simmer the sauce until it is reduced by half. Stir surrounded by the parsley, pepper, cheese, and ziti. Add salt to essence. Stir to coat the ziti and serve immediately.

I like ravioli bursting with butternut squash and ricotta cheese, served near a drizzle of butter with crisped sage surrounded by it.
I love crostini of almost all kind. Dry coppa and proscuito are also big faves, along with pesto.

Who is Alfredo? In my region lasagne are called 'vincisgrassi'... but my predilection food is ice cream (made by 'Ciro & Pio'), especially surrounded by summer. And, it can be sound strange, I don't close to pasta so much! But I eat pasta outstandingly often because it is terribly simple and fast to cook.
My favoutite American dish is 'cheesecake'!

Polenta next to sauce or mushrooms, tira misu, sausage with pepper, yum! My moms pasta fagioli soup, and her minestroni soup. Bruschetta with mozzarella & tomatoes, pasta, any genus, antipasto, pizza. All food of the gods! And garlic on almost everything.

my favorite is funghi agnolotti, a favorite from a restaurant in my town to be precise no longer in business. It is a mushroom ravioli surrounded by a creamy mushroom sauce that is route more than an alfredo. I would share my version of the recipe I cause upon request.

Pasta carbonara
Who doesn't love Pizza! Plus, there's nil better than a good plate of spaghetti & meat ball, sprinkled with parmesan cheese (properly made, of course). And after there's Osso Bucco! Properly prepared and done well, its a treat to remember.
Lasagna. I net an excellent lasagna!
