Here's the recipe!

Spicy Biga-biga (pork uterus)

Ingredients

1 kilo pork uterus(blanched and sliced by 1/4 inch thick)
500 ml tomato sauce
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 chopped onions
4 small onions cut into four
1 surrounding substance size can pineapple tidbits
2 red bell pepper(cut into square)
2 green bell pepper(cut into square)
3 thinly sliced siling mahaba
1/2 cup del monte vinegar
brackish, sugar and pepper to taste
siling labuyo(optional)

Procedure

Saute garlic, chopped onions, pork uterus. Add sili, little sugar, saline and pepper then tomato sauce and pineapple syrup next simmer till tender (refill with sprite if necessary). Put pineapple, vinegar, brackish, pepper, and sugar to taste and simmer it again for 2 minutes. Add sliced bell pepper and onions and remove from grill. Best serve in hot plate.
