Vallarta supermarkets in California do a fantastic Mexican BBQ chicken that they put on the market on weekends in their parking lots. Does anyone know the recipe or what spices they use within whatever they coat the chicken beside before going onto the grill? I'd also similar to to know the Vallarta recipe for their Horchata.

Una manera de hecharle las especias a el pollo es con uno o dos knorr de pollo revuelto en jugo de naranja y una o dos botes de cerveza.sal de ajo un pocito y pimienta.despues que deje el pollo remojar un poco con la cerveza y demas ingrdientes. Des[ues se le hecha sal y pimienta al gusto.
