That's a hard one,
West Indian food is so moral, I am sure most people from the islands would agree but, I'm American so, I hold to go beside grandma's cooking, Soul Food, its great anytime of the day, love it because its nil like home cooked food no thing wherever your from.
They are both very apposite, but I give the slight border to soul food.

I LOVE Soul Food,in that is just something almost Soul Food that is so suitable and comforting!! Whenever I am having a unpromising week,I love to prepare some of the following things for a really good Sunday dinner:
Fried Chicken
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Macaroni and Cheese
Collard Greens
Buttermilk Biscuits
Black eyed peas
Baked beans
Fried catfish
Sweet potato pie near vanilla ice cream on the side.
Soul food is adjectives about spending time next to your loved ones and giving thanks for adjectives of the blessings in your go!! I love to have a house full of company on Sunday so we can adjectives enjoy some apt home cooking!
