Raw Food Poisoning?

I like sushi...as a situation of fact i'm drinking it right now. how come it doesn't clear you sick? it would seemlike any raw meat would present you some type of poisoning?

Answer:
Like fruits, humans have be eating untouched fish for millions of years.

Fish can much better be consumed raw than meat, for containing far smaller amount connective tissue.

Consuming food containing sugars and / or fibers within 2 to 3 hours after have consumed raw fish or -egg yolk can rationale severe cramps.

Consume fruits before consuming sashimi, and pinch your time

Fat fish can be consumed raw best. Red tuna can so much better be consumed raw than white tuna. Many fish can be consumed unprocessed, like plant raised salmon without fault can. If you want to consume raw mackerel, be sure it's tremendously fresh (sashimi), because you might react allergic to not-so-fresh mackerel. (due to originate amines)

Cod and herring very regularly contain much fleas, and should not be consumed raw. In most countries herring have to be deep frozen for 24 hours to destroy possible herring-worms. So the raw herring they vend, is actually never ‘clean’-raw.Snapper contains amazingly little parasites.

( depends on fish when eat raw)
what kill the bacteria is the wasabi you mix next to the soy sauce - like what you dip untouched tuna sashimi in
The raw fish is kept at a heat (below 41 degrees F. When it is served you get through it right away. I don't suggest you take any disappeared over Sushi home with you contained by a doggy bag though. After the Sushi starts warm up the bacteria starts to grow. afterwards you can get some type of poisoning.
I intuitively love Sushi and would like to chomp through it more often, but it is sooo expensive.!
you are (HOPEFULLY) eating sushi level or quality fish, it is stored and handle very favourably. Sushi chefs train for over
12 yrs before they become masters. In Japan, you call for a special license to serve "fugu" (puffer fish), it's poisonous & can kill you!
Raw fish is safe to guzzle as long as it:
1) it is not from a contaminated environment, and
2) it is fresh and has be kept at temperature between 32 and 39 degree Fahrenheit, and
3) it has be prepared hygienically.

It is normally pretty not dangerous to eat unprocessed fish at sushi restaurants. There is always germs present on raw food, but when the above criteria are met, the germs count should generally be too low to motivation any food poisoning in ethnic group, although people next to liver disorder or a weakened immune system may still be at risk.

However, pregnant women should avoid intake any raw food, because of the risk of Listeria infection. Unlike most other germs, Listeria can multiply even in the fridge (temperature span mentioned above). In rare circumstances, premature labor may turn out, or the baby may be born near the infection.
