Anyone know the name (or recipe) of a bright red chutney? It have a sweet, tart, berry similar to flavour. I tried it at a little curry house within Maidstone, Kent a few years ago and I have not be able to find it (here contained by Canada) since. Whenever I ask about it at a restaurant or Indian grocery, they look at me funny.
Answer:

good luck

What was the restaurant call - I might be able to find out for you from them. Was it the Shamrat?
i wouldn't know, but red would imply red chillies, and the sweet would be tamarind join among other herbs surrounded by smaller quantities.
