I'd enjoy to say I love "Toro" (Otoro-fatty tuna belly) best! Toro is cut from the tuna's belly and is the most choice section of the fish.

my favorite is the larry roll. it is make near fried soft shell crab and avocado. second is the spicy tuna roll.
Personally, I have a insipid spot for Amaebi - especially if the shrimps are freshly caught.

I could be corny and say the cooked sort, but I actually do relish sushi. However, you will not find better sushi then that within Japan. You can actually enjoy whale. But I prefer tuna, spicy tuna, yellowtail, spicy yellowtail - pretty much anything.
